Joshua, we are sorry that we couldn't get all the things that you requested covered under your extended warranty, but that is no reason to leave this type of a review. We explained to you, before your signed your estimate, that the customer assumes all charges initially and then if the warranty company has coverage that those charges would be covered by the warranty company. We even waited for you to make a call to the warranty company, on your phone with speaker enabled, to ask to warranty company if the items you were requesting to be diagnaosed were covered items. Our service manager, Michelle, took the time to talk to the warranty company represenative and verified with you, that the items were in fact covered. At the conclusion of that phone call you then signed your estimate assuming the diagnostic fees. Once the items were diagnosed and estimates were made, we contacted the warranty company and were informed that only 2 of your items were, in fact, covered items. You unfortunately were mislead by the warranty company, not Aram's Auto Repair Center. The end result was that you avoided picking your vehicle up for over 15 days and we informed you that storage fees would begin to be charged. Again you were text messaged and phoned with voice mails left to this effect. I believe this is where your anger towards my business originated from. I tried explaining to you the reasons why you had to pay for the diagnostics and the potential storage fees, you wouldn't hear it.
