Aram's is well supporting my aged vehicle (Lexus RX300). You will always receive a just the facts vehicle inspection report. Most recently they did my brakes and calipers all around. First-class service and a ride home if you need it. I trust their work and that is the value for the cost.

fast service a little high for a vowel stem on a tire but very nice people

The communication from Billy was unacceptable- he failed to notify me of necessary repairs to my vehicles alignment! I was called by Billy and told that my car was ready and good to go, so when i picked up the car and paid for the work that i believed to be complete, Soon as i drove the car on the hwy i instantly noticed it was drifting to the right, so i made an appointment for a later date to have it checked out- it was on the second visit when i was told by Billy that he had FORGOTTEN to mention to me that the alignment required more parts and a lot more money to fix the problem, there was no mention on the original work order of alignment repair parts recommended ( very disappointing) I declined the additional repairs as i felt i could not trust this shop- had Billy been more thorough with his communication i probably would have had repairs made- i will never go back and they have lost my respect and trust. Tony I am troubled that you would leave this negative review. I have the pictures, that are date stamped, that show your pre-alignment and post alignment results for your first visit. The readings are within specification at the time the vehicle left. When you returned 7 days later, we placed your vehicle back onto the alignment rack and took the same pictures. The pre-alignment photos on the second visit clearly show that something happened to the toe setting. This is usually the result of the vehicle coming into contact with the sidewalk or a parking block. We made the adjustments again to bring the toe setting to specification at no charge. The only thing we "forgot" to mention during the first visit was that in order to bring the camber setting to proper specification would require the installation of a camber bolt kit. That kit should have been presented to you during the first visit and was an oversight on our part. Camber slightly out of specification will NOT create a vehicle pull, but will cause premature tire wear. Once a camber bolt is installed, the camber adjustment can be made repeatedly without replacement again. The vehicle was designed by the manufacturer to not be able to adjust for camber. I'm quite certain that anyone who attempts to align your vehicle will run into the same issue. Again, I apologize that we did not communicate this during your first visit and understand your frustration.
