We brought our car in while out of town and were told it would be done in a day or two. That turned into four days, with vague updates and shifting timelines. Every day we were told “it might be done today,” followed by “we actually need another part,” or “a tech had a medical emergency.” The real issue wasn’t the delay itself, but the lack of honest communication. If they had been upfront, we could’ve planned differently. Instead, my wife was stuck hours from home waiting on a car that kept getting pushed back. Kenny, the guy we spoke with, was polite but also a major bullshitter. Kind tone, but the constant runaround made it worse. They didn’t even mention the radiator hose until days in — even though the car overheated and it should’ve been clear from the start. We understand things happen. But the lack of transparency turned a repair into a frustrating mess.
Josh, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. While we can't always control staffing issues or parts delays, we should be doing our best at communicating to our customers. We understand your frustration and will strive to make our process for repairs even better moving forward.
