Problem w/ my car had been ongoing & was not diagnosed at another shop. Aram's found the source & in researching Billy saw the problem part was warrantied thru the dealer. Aram's repaired a couple other things & sent me to the dealer for the necessary repairs. Billy worked w/ me thru the diagnosis process & was extremely helpful in getting problem solved & saving me money!! Which is what we all like! I'll be using & recommending Aram's to others.

I have been going to Aram's Auto Repair Center for years. I trust their judgement and their recommendations on all of my vehicle repairs. Their pricing has always been fair; if ever I needed to spend less, they would do their best to repair only what was critical to make the car safe to drive. Less critical repairs were done at later service times. 1991 Chevrolet Lumina EuroSport V6 4dr Sd, 1999 Ford Taurus SE V6 4dr Sd, and now 2010 Honda Accord EX-L w/Nav V6 4dr Sd. You know, there were times I left without paying anything. Maybe because service wasn't necessary or it could have been a quick fix, but he would often say, "We'll get you on the next service. No worries." and that has kept me coming back. Genuinely a great bunch of people that happen to be mechanics.

Although I miss the friendly face of Aram, I must go on record and say that Billy, who seems to be the administrative coordinator AND knows his way around a car and engine, runs an excellent office. He is detailed and concise, accurate in his estimates and explains in just enough language without belaboring a point. He calmed my nerves immediately when we spoke and continues to foster trust in the professionalism and integrity well established by Aram - who clearly sets the tone. After a long search for a reliable Auto Repair Service, I found Aram's Auto Service Center. After countless times to Lithia Ford, who could NEVER determine or find the problem with my Ford Edge... I am very grateful for Aram's Auto Service - Service REP "Billy" who explained everything he had planned on doing. Several hours later, I received an email explaining everything in detail along with photos. I was totally impressed with this service and knowledge of the problem encountered. The vehicle was repaired along with other problems which could have hampered my vehicles performance down the road. All I can say is Excellent work and great value for a top team.
