Went to Fresno last night before starting our trip back to FL. On the way we noticed the floorboards were soaked. Called around this morning to get it fixed. Each time explaining our circumstances. we were turned away twice due to not having appointments available. Then Aram's Auto Service said they could "squeeze" us in. We anticipated at least an hour wait to be seen then more after that. Less than 15 min later, we're back on the road at no charge! Billy said "I can't in good conscious charge you for another mechanic's mistake". Turns out when i had my oil changed at Spee Dee oil change in Modesto, they flipped up the a/c condensation drain hose to keep it from dripping on them, and forgot to put it back. The kink in the hose caused build up til it spilled over. Thank you Billy at Aram's Auto Service, for squeezing us in and offering great, honest service!

The ran better than it did when i first got it! Better gas mileage normally it would take 2200TH RPMS TO GO 70 MPH. Now 2000 RPMS WILL YEALD 70 MPH. Got 23 mpg on the way home. Better than the last trip we took. I am VERY HAPPY NEW YOUR STAFF AND THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED

The services provided was impeccable, my experience with the receptionist to the service provider could not have gone better. They provided a ride considering your vehicle would take some time to repair. I was recommended by USAA and I could not have been pleased. Excellent service from start to finish. They are an A+ auto service provider. The staff is professional and super helpful especially Billy. Very satisfied
