I was very impressed with everything except the time to get estimates. But they were kind enough to get them (for a price, of course) knowing my insurance wasn't going to cover it and I was not going to be able to get my car done there. Even said I could leave my car there a few days if need be. Without having work done there, I'd still recommend them and bring my car back.

I assume the service went ok. Not much communication once the transaction was complete. I was not told how everything else in the vehicle was. Would have appreciated more communication since I am shopping for a long time shop for my vehicle.

Very happy with the service I received and was pleased with the work that was done. The things that concerned me, on the car ,were well taken care of. I always feel secure with Aram's and feel they are very reliable and also working to please the customer.
