I had damaged the plastic liner under my front bumper the night before,, turning around in a neighbor's steep driveway, we live in the mountains...The next day driving my husband to his chemotherapy the wheel well was rubbing against the right front tire smelling up the inside of the car ...we got out and managed to pop it back in but something was still flapping around... while we were at the appointment I saw the great reviews of Arams Auto repair Center and it was near by so we drove right over...Billy greated us and we explained our problem....he pulled it right away and put it on the lift, then explained an temporary fix and that they could order the replacement parts...so we asked for an estimate and it was very reasonable...my husband gets out his wallet and Billy says no charge... We were blown away...This place is the real deal....God Bless them... Thank you...💖

I recently moved to Fresno and brought my out-of-state 2005 Toyota Highlander in for a smog certificate and overall health assessment. I was very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, although the car passed the smog test, one of the 3 converters had been previously replaced in Virginia with a non-compliant in California part. They worked with me to make it California compliant, and also did a thorough review of all other necessary repairs, complete with photographs. The service manager, Billy, made me feel confident that I had a new repair home for my old lady Highlander, and that she was worth keeping up. Sandy cheerfully drove me home and then fetched me when the new catalytic converter was installed. I always love finding great independent, non-chain-store repair shops like Aram's. I had read their great reviews, and am glad to have found them.

Had an emergency repair that they were able to accommodate on short notice and overall have a very pleasant experience with them. I would definitely refer people to this shop!

This is the only repair shop I will take my vehicles. The are fair, will not sell you anything you do not need, they are always friendly and best of all they keep you updated on your vehicle via text messaging. They are always professional.
