Aram's took the time needed with us about our vehicle. Was able to get it in and back the same day. People there are very friendly and helpful. Will definetly use them again in the future when need arises. Vehicle is 16 yrs old. Hope to get another 16 yrs out of it. Thank you Aram's for taking good care of our car.

I trust Aram to take care of my car. One time he didn't let me go home until I got new tires. He said he could see the air in them. I went and bought new tires. He also only recommends work that needs to be done. My car has gone to Aram's since 2003. They said it can run many more years.

I usually don’t do reviews. But, I felt compelled to do so this time. I was looking for a trustworthy auto mechanic. I search online and the Lord directed me to Aram’s. I went there on 8/23 to have a diagnostic test. My car came to a complete stop on the freeway the day before. ( I had just purchased the car 6 months ago) I spoke with Billy, told him all what had appen with my car. From the on start of our conversation he made me feel really comfortable and assured me he would do all he could to find out what was going on with my car. He want outside, done a quick assessment, started my car, came back in the office and told me he was positive it was my engine. A diagnostic test was done. Sure enough the next day, Billy called to inform me it was my engine. I took in all of my maintenance records, oil change etc, and showed it to him. I was reassured it was no fault of mine. He than went on to tell me he had done a little research the day before, only to find out that there was a recall on the engine that should have been taken care of prior to the used dealership selling me the car. From there Billy explained all that may have happened with the engine, because there was no oil leakage on ground or anywhere around the engine. From there, I took the car back to the dealership along with the diagnostic test report. Dealership put a used engine in my car. Finally, two weeks later I had my car back. Thank you Billy. You went above and beyond for me and I greatly appreciate you. If ANYONE needs car repairs done, I would recommend Aram’s Auto Repair/Blackstone Ave for your repair needs. They truly are the best. I pray that the Lord continues to bless this business that’s been around over 30 plus years. Thank You ❤️Thank You❤️

The staff was excellent in their treatment and the work was done successfully. I would highly recommend this shop for auto repairs.

Quick and efficient trans service, even though it was difficult job they persisted and got the job done.

I am from Arizona and while travelling through the area had car problems. I own a 1996 VW Passat TDI which means finding parts is a major project. Patience and perserverance paid off and the part was found. That is not to say how totally friendly and understanding they were. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would in a heart beat.

As always, taking my car to Aram's is so pleasant. Billy is so knowledgeable and helpful. I know my car is serviced well and I can trust the visual record they provide. Aram's may not be the cheapest but they are completely trustworthy and that matters most.

My car is old, like me. I feel that I can trust Aram's to keep it in good running condition. They're the best!
