Arams Auto is amazing! I have been to many shops for car issues and they are by far the best to work with. Vincent was especially helpful when working with my warranty, and keeping me up-to-date on everything that was going on with my clutch. I especially appreciated the fact that they gave me a follow up call a few days after I'd picked it up to check and see how my car was driving. They are great to work with and really care about the customer and the quality of their work! I'd recommend them to anyone!

Good customer services. as soon as i arrived i was greeted by staff and was helped right away. I had a regular synthetic oil changeasye done to my hummer and it was quick and easy. I didnt wait that much either the time was reasonable and it was a walk in. The waiting room is nice amd overall great service and staff definately going bck in the future

This place is great. They took good care of my car. I had to get the clutch replaced and they worked with my warranty to help me get a portion of the cost covered. I also appreciated a phone call a few days after I had picked up my car, just to check and make sure everything with the car was running smoothly. They are great to work with and I would recommend them.

They diagnosed my car and then they suggested i do a transmission flush but said it wont fix my car, it will only make it last longer. They said its the cheapest way or rebuild the transmission which would cost a few thousand. I like that they were honest and told me that i should have the alternator replaced or fixed, but that those cars usually start having all kinds of issues once they have 1 issue. I liked Vincent, he is very professional and honest and keeps you updated. Dont know the name of the tech but he seemed like he knew what he was doing. I am pleased with the custoner service.
