Piece of Mind...Where to begin? I have only wonderful things to say about Aram's Auto Repair. You get wonderful personal service from Michelle and Bill when you call in. They really listen to what your concerns are about your car. They are friendly and personable. I had my car serviced at a Lithia dealership a few time thinking they would get my car running smooth again. I had no time to research when my car broke down the first time. The second time a few months later I took it to the same dealership because it was after hours and I thought they would know my car enough after the first time to be able to fix it. I remember the saying "A fool and her money are soon parted", yep, that was me. After the 2nd time, I could feel it was not done correctly and when they did not return my calls, I decided to do some research and I was blessed to find Aram's. You know who will answer the phones every time and that is wonderful, because they know who you are and you do not need to keep repeating your issue to several people. I hate more than anything is never having the same person answer and you need to replay your story each time. Michelle set me up with an appt the next morning, they have a shuttle service, so no need to find a ride. They have an amazing network system that lets you know everything step by step. You get e-mails and texts. When your car is ready they send you the most amazing workup on your car from what is urgent to take care of, to what may be able to wait a while to fix. They covered everything. Then they go over it with you and explain it in a language that is understandable. They even found Fix it Ticket issues that the dealership never mentioned. I had them fix it all and it was worth every cent. I drove home with tons of worry off my back knowing it was done correctly. My car drove like a dream and I am so excited to finally go to someplace farther than Fresno. Having piece of mind of being able to trust a company to take the very best care of you and your car is priceless. I will always trust my car to Aram's. Thank you to Aram's Auto Repair for your amazing staff and mechanics for giving me my trust back and piece of mind. What more could you ask for.

Great service and good advice.

These guys are a godsend. We are from TX, and my wife went to Fresno for a nursing contract job. Little did we know just before her job ended the radiator hose busted in a way that no fluid was leaking on the ground and the sensor wasnt picking up the engine overheat. So the end result was the engine going out. Got in contact with Arams and my wife was able to get it towed iver there. They gave us a very detailed diagnostic and explained exactly what happend. Found a used engine and got it there on the 10th. They told me it take a week and they were finished on the 15th by close of business. They even waited for my wife to get there Friday because the the stupid Lyft driver got lost. My wife will be on the road shortly to come home and truly appreciate you guys from the bottom of my heart. Thank You so much!

We presented with a very old Toyota RV with a faulty, almost impossible EGR problem. Billy and his team sunk their teeth into this very problematic situation. After sometime and continued diagnostics and repair we finally drove off and our Toyota purred! Fingers crossed!! Thank you

Great place to bring your car.

Billy and technicians at Arams Auto Repair did an excellent job of keeping us updated, finding the problem with our van, sending detailed explanation/photo's for each issue, along with estimates. Gave us a list of immediate problems that needed attention, a list of all things that were good/passed, and future issues that would need attention. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Michelle, brought us home and picked us up when van was completed! They are our "go to" for all auto needs. We will be recommending them to all friends/family. Thank you Arams!!
